  New Port Added To RTW Service

Norasia announces that it will be adding an additional port of call on its Round-The-World (RTW) service. The new port will be Oakland (San Francisco) on the west coast of the United States. This new port will be in addition to its existing west coast port of Long Beach and will offer further choice for its customers, in particular from North Europe to the west coast of the United States.

The RTW is Norasia's westbound service and will have the following port rotation:

Shanghai/ Ningbo/ Xiamen/ Chiwan/ Singapore/ Port Klang/ Jebel Ali/ Mundra/ Nhava Sheva/ Tuticorin/ Colombo/ Damietta/ Felixstowe/ Rotterdam/ Hamburg/ New York/ Norfolk/ Charleston/ Kingston/ Los Angeles/Oakland/Shanghai
 

 

The service operates with 13 ships, 9 of which are supplied by Norasia. The first call at Oakland will be MV Norasia Alya, voyage 549, eta FLW JAN 22nd 2006, eta OAK Feb 23rd 2006 and it will be a weekly fixed day service.
