CSAV NORASIA Launches New India/Middle East/Europe (IMEX) Service
Hong Kong, November 28, 2006—CSAV NORASIA has today announced that it is launching a new service that will provide direct access between India/ Middle East and Europe, with some of the fastest transit times between these important regions. On the eastbound leg of the service direct access from Europe to the Red Sea, Arabian Gulf, and India will offer customers an excellent alternative on this important trade route.
The new service will be provided by six vessels of 2,800 TEUs and speed of 21 knots, all of which will be provided by CSAV NORASIA.
The new service will offer direct access from the fast growing regions of India and Middle East to North Europe with a call in Port Said (to connect to the East Mediterranean and the Black Sea). On the eastbound leg a call in Jeddah will be included. With Nhava Sheva to North Europe in only 17 days and North Europe to Jebel Ali in 15 days this new service will provide the fast transit times that customers require.

The first sailing from Jebel Ali westbound will be CSAV Rio Loa, ETD Mundra 22nd December, 2006, and ETD Nhava Sheva 25th December 2006. The first sailing from Felixstowe eastbound will be Norasia Balkans, ETD Felixstowe 31st December, 2006.
